My approach

I listen, and offer you the time in a safe and non-judgemental environment to talk about your thoughts and feelings. I work to a high standard of therapeutic care ensuring your long-lasting emotional health and well-being are respected.

I also offer telephone sessions for those people who are too busy to attend regular timed sessions. Telephone work may also be more convenient for those who prefer talking from their office or home.

Whether telephone, or face to face, your session is for you to feel understood for who you are.
